Amtsgericht Aachen, Aktenzeichen: 92 IN 153/26 In dem Insolvenzeröffnungsverfahren über das Vermögen der im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Aachen unter HRB 26161 eingetragenen Infinity StartUp GmbH, Ottostraße 51 A, 52070 Aachen, gesetzlich vertreten durch: […] Geschäftszweig: Entwicklung, die Herstellung und der Vertrieb von Reinigungsapparturen für Textilien u.a. ist am 02.09.2026, um 09:54 Uhr angeordnet worden (§§ 21, 22 InsO): Zum vorläufigen Insolvenzverwalter wird Rechtsanwalt […], Jülicher Str. 215, 52070 Aachen bestellt. Verfügungen der Schuldnerin über Gegenstände ihres Vermögens sind nur noch mit Zustimmung des vorläufigen Insolvenzverwalters wirksam (§ 21 Abs. 2 Nr. 2 2. Alt. InsO). Den Schuldnern der Schuldnerin (Drittschuldnern) wird verboten, an die Schuldnerin zu zahlen. Der vorläufige Insolvenzverwalter wird ermächtigt, Bankguthaben und sonstige Forderungen der Schuldnerin einzuziehen sowie eingehende Gelder entgegenzunehmen. Die Drittschuldner werden aufgefordert, nur noch unter Beachtung dieser Anordnung zu leisten (§ 23 Abs. 1 Satz 3 InsO).
