Amtsgericht Bochum, Aktenzeichen: 80 IN 730/26 In dem Insolvenzeröffnungsverfahren über das Vermögen der im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Bochum unter HRB 20479 eingetragenen SEL EXPRESS GmbH, Marie-Luise-Tanski-Str. 5, 44805 Bochum, gesetzlich vertreten durch: […] Geschäftszweig: Anschaffung, Handel sowie Vermietung von mobilen Wirtschaftsgütern, insbesondere v. Kraftfahrzeugen aller Art und die Vornahme aller damit im Zusammenhang stehenden Geschäfte und Dienstleistungen ist am 02.09.2026, um 16:19 Uhr angeordnet worden (§§ 21, 22 InsO): Zum vorläufigen Insolvenzverwalter wird Rechtsanwalt […], Wittener Straße 56, 44789 Bochum bestellt. Verfügungen der Schuldnerin über Gegenstände ihres Vermögens sind nur noch mit Zustimmung des vorläufigen Insolvenzverwalters wirksam (§ 21 Abs. 2 Nr. 2 2. Alt. InsO). Den Schuldnern der Schuldnerin (Drittschuldnern) wird verboten, an die Schuldnerin zu zahlen. Der vorläufige Insolvenzverwalter wird ermächtigt, Bankguthaben und sonstige Forderungen der Schuldnerin einzuziehen sowie eingehende Gelder entgegenzunehmen. Die Drittschuldner werden aufgefordert, nur noch unter Beachtung dieser Anordnung zu leisten (§ 23 Abs. 1 Satz 3 InsO). Maßnahmen der Zwangsvollstreckung einschließlich der Vollziehung eines Arrests oder einer einstweiligen Verfügung gegen die Schuldnerin werden untersagt, soweit nicht unbewegliche Gegenstände betroffen sind; bereits begonnene Maßnahmen werden einstweilen eingestellt (§ 21 Abs. 2 Nr. 3 InsO). 80 IN 730/26 Amtsgericht Bochum, 02.09.2026
