Amtsgericht Münster, Aktenzeichen: 85 IN 40/26 In dem Insolvenzeröffnungsverfahren über das Vermögen der im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Coesfeld unter HRA 9035 eingetragenen Shield Engineering GmbH & Co.KG, Industriestraße 12, 48683 Ahaus, gesetzlich vertreten durch: […] ist am 25.08.2026, um 11:47 Uhr angeordnet worden (§§ 21, 22 InsO): Zur vorläufigen Insolvenzverwalterin wird Rechtsanwältin […] bestellt. Verfügungen der Schuldnerin über Gegenstände ihres Vermögens sind nur noch mit Zustimmung der vorläufigen Insolvenzverwalterin wirksam (§ 21 Abs. 2 Nr. 2 2. Alt. InsO). Den Schuldnern der Schuldnerin (Drittschuldnern) wird verboten, an die Schuldnerin zu zahlen. Die vorläufige Insolvenzverwalterin wird ermächtigt, Bankguthaben und sonstige Forderungen der Schuldnerin einzuziehen sowie eingehende Gelder entgegenzunehmen. Die Drittschuldner werden aufgefordert, nur noch unter Beachtung dieser Anordnung zu leisten (§ 23 Abs. 1 Satz 3 InsO).
