Amtsgericht Kleve, Aktenzeichen: 31 IN 31/26 In dem Insolvenzeröffnungsverfahren über das Vermögen der im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Duisburg unter HRB 34793 eingetragenen Verlag Focus Rostfrei GmbH, Thyssenstraße 123, 46535 Dinslaken, gesetzlich vertreten durch: […] Geschäftszweig: Die Herausgabe einer Edelstahlfachzeitschrift unter dem Namen "Focus Rostfrei" u.a. ist am 21.07.2026, um 13:23 Uhr angeordnet worden (§§ 21, 22 InsO): Zum vorläufigen Insolvenzverwalter wird Maximilian van Kell, Burggrafenstraße 5/5a, 40545 Düsseldorf bestellt. Verfügungen der Schuldnerin über Gegenstände ihres Vermögens sind nur noch mit Zustimmung des vorläufigen Insolvenzverwalters wirksam (§ 21 Abs. 2 Nr. 2 2. Alt. InsO). Den Schuldnern der Schuldnerin (Drittschuldnern) wird verboten, an die Schuldnerin zu zahlen. Der vorläufige Insolvenzverwalter wird ermächtigt, Bankguthaben und sonstige Forderungen der Schuldnerin einzuziehen sowie eingehende Gelder entgegenzunehmen. Die Drittschuldner werden aufgefordert, nur noch unter Beachtung dieser Anordnung zu leisten (§ 23 Abs. 1 Satz 3 InsO). Maßnahmen der Zwangsvollstreckung einschließlich der Vollziehung eines Arrests oder einer einstweiligen Verfügung gegen die Schuldnerin werden untersagt, soweit nicht unbewegliche Gegenstände betroffen sind; bereits begonnene Maßnahmen werden einstweilen eingestellt (§ 21 Abs. 2 Nr. 3 InsO). 31 IN 31/26 Amtsgericht Kleve, 21.07.2026
